Influcoach Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Influcoach Inc. ("Influcoach," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to making our website and application accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about and use Influcoach, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain our product.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Influcoach is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve these areas.

3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML and clear document structure so content is usable with assistive technologies such as screen readers
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast and legible, resizable text
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
  • Design responsively so the experience works across devices and zoom levels
  • Consider accessibility when we add new features and review changes before release

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are still improving can include certain interactive components, AI-generated content formatting, and material provided by third parties that we do not fully control. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the contact details below so we can address it.

5. Legal Framework

We work toward the accessibility standards that apply to our users, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) in Ontario, Canada, and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for users in the United States.

6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Influcoach. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website or application, or if you have a suggestion, please contact us:
